Tamdil Farmer Producer Company Limited, Saitual District

The allocation for the scheme at Saitual District was implemented at Phullen RD Block covering three villages. The FPO was registered as Cooperative Society under the Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act on 30 March 2023 by the name Tamdil Farmer Producer Cooperative Society Ltd. The main activity of the FPO is farming and marketing of sacha inchi. 

Orthodox sacha inchi, also known as the Inca peanut, offers several health benefits. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which promote heart health, reduce inflammation, and support brain function. The high protein content aids in muscle development and repair. Orthodox sacha inchi is also a good source of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, contributing to overall immune system support and improved skin health. Its consumption can help boost energy levels and support a healthy metabolism.
