Farm Sector Promotion Fund (FSPF)
Under the Farm Sector Promotion Fund (FSPF), the Angel Business Promoters of Mizoram (ABP) act as the Producer Organization Promoting Institute, thereby creating training and awareness program on farm management as well as Post-Harvest management, Value Addition and Marketing of Gooseberry in Serchhip District covering 5 villages viz. Serchhip, Chhiahtlang, Keitum,North Vanlaiphai and Khawlailung.

Cluster Development for Gooseberry in Serchhip District
This project named ‘Development of Gooseberry Cluster under Serchhip District’ comes under Farm Sector Development Department (FSDD). The project accommodates different activities like conducting In-house training and awareness on far management as well as on Post-Harvest, Value Addition and marketing of gooseberry, exposure visit to relevant project areas for trainees to gain first hand experience and exposure to similar crops. Angel Business Promoters also help them acquire machinery on their own. ABP also provides low cost and quality inputs to the farmers by procuring farmers produce from farms and handholding the storage, value addition and packaging.
The cluster was identified under the marketing components of National Ayush Mission, which was then developed into a reliable cluster.
Duration of Project - 01 year (August 2021 - August 2022)
Total Financial Outlay - Rs. 8,05,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Five Thousand only)
