Salary | Upto Rs 35,000/- per month (with annual increment of 5%) | Upto Rs 25,000/- per month (with annual increment of 5%) |
Role Overview | Lead MSME awareness campaigns in various districts, manage field staff, engage stakeholders, and monitor campaign progress. | Engage with MSMEs, assist in Udyam Registration, spread awareness of schemes, and collect MSME data at the district and village levels. |
Key Responsibilities | ● Lead and manage district awareness campaign teams. ● Develop and execute campaign strategies. ● Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes. ● Build relationships with stakeholders and conduct training sessions. | ● Identify MSMEs and guide them through Udyam Registration. ● Educate MSMEs on applicable schemes. ● Conduct outreach activities and gather data on MSMEs. ● Serve as the primary field contact for MSMEs in designated areas. |
Experience | Leadership experience in a project or campaign setting preferred. Experience in the MSME sector is advantageous. | Familiarity with the MSME sector is advantageous but not mandatory. Local area knowledge is preferred. |
Skills | ● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ● Data analysis and report writing skills.
● Ability to travel within the district. | ● Strong communication and fieldwork skills. ● Technical proficiency with digital tools. ● Patience and empathy when interacting with MSMEs. |

● Candidates cannot apply for both roles; select the one that fits your qualifications.
● Candidates clearing the criteria and cutoff of Technical Examination and CV Evaluation will be called for Personal Interview.
● Candidates having permanent residence in the district they are applying for will be given preferences.
● Candidates may be posted in different district as per requirement
● Last date of application is 22nd October 2024 till 4:00 p.m.
● Date of Examination 26th October 2024.
● Place of Examination : Govt Aizawl College, Sikulpuikawn.
● Admit Card will be sent to eligible candidates on 23rd October, 2024 (Wednesday) through WhatsApp.
